User Types

GiftRocker has three types of Shopkeeper users with three levels of responsibility. Administrators can create users on GiftRocker.com using the following types:

Administrator – Administrators can Create Offerings (a new event), Create Certificates and Redeem Certificates

Manager – Managers can Create Certificates and Redeem Certificates

Employee – Employees can only Redeem Certificates
