There are two types of loyalty programs within GiftRocker: simple BOGO (buy one get one) and complex tiered. Simple BOGO loyalty programs allow shopkeepers to choose a reward given a certain count of purchases. For example, a Coffee Club will reward customers with a free coffee after the purchase of 9. Tiered loyalty programs are implemented similar to promotions. Each tier can be unique and the tier thresholds are monetary.
