During his 2018 trip to Oman, Chef Morgan was immersed in the Omani culture and invited into homes, where he learned authentic recipes passed down through the generations. Inspired by these stories and flavors, Chef Morgan has created this special menu for you to enjoy. These dishes will be served family style, meant to be shared, mixed and matched. Use the bread as your utensil and let us guide you through Oman one dish at a time.
