Dinner with Anissa Helou
Join us around the hearth for an evening of community and giving on Sunday, October 21 at Maydan, featuring best-selling food writer, Anissa Helou. During this special dinner, guests will hear uplifting stories of the resilience and creativity of Syrian refugee youth from Karam Foundation's founder and CEO, Lina Sergie Attar.

Curated by Executive Chefs Gerald Addison and Chris Morgan, the evening's menu will feature a selection of recipes from Anissa's latest book, Feast: Food of the Islamic World, as well as Maydan specialties.

Three seatings available at 5 pm, 7 pm, 9 pm. Anissa will be present to sign books and chat with guests at the 5 pm & 7 pm seatings.

Tickets are $175/person and include food, drink, tax and gratuity. Please note that the tables for 2 will be communal tables seating two couples.

Proceeds to benefit Karam's Innovative Education programs for Syrian refugees. Tickets are partially tax deductible (we will let you know the percent the night of the dinner). For more information visit, karamfoundation.org.
