West Africa, through the slave trade, has influenced many food cultures ranging from, Carribean, South American, and Southern soul food. This pop-up is an introduction into the cuisine of West Africa, taking the flavors that many already know, but in the form of traditional West African recipes interpreted through my experiences.

Our West African pop-up is a prix-fixe menu priced at $55 per person, excluding beverages, tax, and gratuity.
