When frigid temperatures hit, sometimes we all need a little incentive to leave the house. But Jack Rose has curated a series of three weekly date nights, hosted every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the Saloon and bar's cozy, underground whiskey cellar, giving folks a tasty reason to leave the couch and cancel the delivery.

Celebrate Valentine's Day with a cocktail tasting and shareable plates in our intimate whiskey cellar. The $90 couple's pre-fixe menu includes a steamed oyster basket with a warm kombu mignonette, a "Lover's Plate" of shrimp cocktail, mini beef Wellington, an indulgent baked fondue and a dark chocolate mousse topped with sweet cream, dried strawberry crumble sweetly paired with a riff on a classic milk punch cocktail. Other cocktails featured include a gin & amaro aperitif style starter and a dark rummy, winter spiced Manhattan variation - the perfect date for cocktail lovers! Valentine's Menu.

#JustMetMondays features a tasting of Casual Snacks & Drinks for $70/couple, which may range from the Pie at First Sight cocktail with Ron Zacapa Rum, Charm City Apple Cinnamon Mead, Cherry Vermouth, Angostura, and Nutmeg Mist; and Goat Cheese Stuffed Peppadews. Twosomes may make reservations for a table in the Dining Saloon from 5pm to 10pm on OpenTable.

#WorthwhileWednesdays ups the ante with a Savory-Sweet Bites & Cocktail Tasting in the hidden, candlelit whiskey cellar. For $90/couple, duos can enjoy four savory and sweet bites from Chef Jones, each paired with four innovative half-cocktails, ranging from the Preserving the Spark cocktail with IW Harper Bourbon, St. George Bruto Americano, Blackberry Preserve, Lemon, Angostura, and Charred Cinnamon; paired with warm Sticky Toffee Pudding with homemade whipped cream. Jack Rose will host two limited 20-person seatings every Wednesday, at 6:30pm & 9pm. Wednesday Menu.

#FatedFridays rounds out the week with a romantic 5-Course Pre-Fixe Share Dinner & Beverage Pairing in the intimate cellar bar. For $120/couple, Chef Jones will serve five courses of sumptuous winter fare, each paired with a curated beverage from Jack Rose's award-winning bar team. Sample menu items include Steamed Oysters with cucumber and chili mignonette, and Fried Quail with spicy honey and biscuits.
