Refund Policy

We are able to offer full refunds on advance ticket packages up to 7 days before the festival. (deadline for any refunds to be processed is October 6, 2018). We will not refund advance ticket packages or admission if the event is forced to end early or is cancelled the day of due to extreme weather or any other “act of God.”
