• Peppercorn Hot Smoked Salmon
• Honey Smoked "Candy" Salmon
• Smoked Trout
• Smoked Whitefish Salad

Each platter includes a generous portion of these traditional sides:

Capers, Lemon, Horseradish Sauce, Chive Cream Cheese, Slice Red Onions, Cucumbers and Tomatoes
