Behavior/Policy Enforcement Clause

For the safety and enjoyment of all of our customers, Port City Brewing Company reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership -- without refund -- if a member appears to be over-intoxicated on our premises or engages in any other behavior that we deem to be unsafe or disruptive or otherwise negatively affecting other guests or staff.
