Gift Card FAQ

Gift card orders during the holidays can be delayed due to volume. Please read carefully through the information below to ensure you choose an option that will still arrive in time when selecting your Shipping Method. 

Orders received before 3PM Eastern time will be processed and sent out on the next business day by the requested method of shipment. Keep in mind that orders are not processed on weekends. Orders received after 3PM EST on Thursday may not be processed and shipped until Monday morning. 

US Postal First Class: varies with distance; typically anywhere from 2–12 days
USPS Priority: varies with distance; typically 1-5 days
FedEx 2-Business Day and Standard Overnight will be sent as soon as possible upon order receipt, typically the same business day when received before 3PM Eastern time. "

Q: How quickly will I get my card?
A: Text and email gift card orders are typically delivered within 5 minutes of an order. However, email carriers and other issues can delay your order. If not received within 4 hours of purchase, please email

Q: Part (or all) of the ship-to information I entered is wrong. Can you change it for me?
A: Yes, if the order has not yet shipped. Please contact us.

Q: What will happen to my credit card and personal info when I enter it online?
A: Credit card information never reach our servers. We work with one-use tokens. Please be advised that we do not sell, re-use, or distribute your personal information.

Q: I placed an order on your website. When will my order ship?
A: Orders received prior to 3PM Eastern time are sent out on the next business day. Orders received after 3PM on Friday or before a holiday will be sent out Monday or the day after the holiday, whichever applies. PLEASE NOTE: It may take up to 12 business days to receive orders via USPS once they are shipped. Gift cards sent via first class USPS are not trackable.
