The RAMMYS Ticket Refund Policy

Purchasers are able to receive a full refund on a(n) individual ticket(s) for The RAMMY Awards Gala up to three business days (72 hours) before the event. Refund requests received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for ticketholders who choose not to attend an event. Refund requests will be accepted via email only to therammys@ramw.org and must be received by the stated deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Tickets are transferable.
