This fun, high intensity workout will include body weight movements + cardio exercises to get your heart rate elevated.
All levels welcome! Bring a yoga mat, towel & water – then stay for brews post workout.
Space is limited for the class, however everyone is invited to join us afterwards at 12PM in case you’re unable to attend the workout.
