I hereby authorize the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington to charge the amount listed above to my credit card for ticket(s) to the 2014 RAMMYS Awards Gala. I understand that this purchase is non-refundable and that this purchase constitutes a legally binding agreement. It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington to change event content, timing, speakers, date or venue. In the unlikely event of The RAMMYS Awards Gala being cancelled, the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington will issue a credit note or make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.
