Tour Safety & Policies

We're excited to have you (and to keep you safe)! By purchasing this ticket you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following:

We will not admit guests who are more than 15 minutes late to the start of their tour time.

Close-toed shoes are recommended.

Children are only allowed under close supervision.

Assume everything is hot, sharp, or poisonous. Do not touch any object or surface unless invited to do so by your tour guide.

Do not stand on the pallet jack or forklift forks.

Keep at least 10 feet from the forklift while in operation.

When stills are in use, stay clear of the jacket blow off valves.

Do not hang off barrels, pallet racks, or pipes.

We reserve the right to refuse service to visibly intoxicated patrons or patrons acting in an unsafe manner.
